My goal for you is nothing less than transformation. Together we will find your inner flow state ​using therapy animals (the gentlest of healers), soul-based watercolor, shamanic tools, Reiki and Somatic Experiencing as needed. I bring the soul of the artist to my work as a life coach, helping you emerge into a balance of inner creativity and external structure. You have an innate ability to heal by birthright. I will help you uncover a deep spiritual life and mind/body connection. This in turn will improve your ability to tolerate​ difficult emotions and sensations. As your partner on this journey, I bring a well-trained set of eyes that can detect all the ways you may be sabotaging yourself. My work is adjunct to any mental and physical treatment.
