Hi there sweet human! Nice to meet you – I am SO glad you are here. I am a somatic experiencing practitioner, licensed clinical counselor in Arizona and California, a reiki master teacher, yoga teacher, doula, and bodyworker. My other training includes Touch Skills for Trauma Therapists (with Kathy Kain) and Somatic Resilience and Regulation (with Kathy Kain and Steve Terrell), EMDR, and Eye of the Needle, with Dr. Levine and Joshua Sylvae, Biodynamic Cranial sacral, (some) massage, and doula training. I’ve spent the last few years assisting and coordinating various trainings online and in person and have been absolutely delighted to support wonderful healers learning this model. Professionally, I have spent the last decade working in community agencies, with infants, toddlers, children, caregivers, teenagers, and adults. I recently launched into private practice full time in 2022 providing somatic psychotherapy to delightfully wonderful humans (of all ages). It’s in the togetherness and in our connection together that the magic of healing gets to happen. I believe that regardless of the techniques used, the most important aspects are connection and safety, both in the relationships with each other, and in our relationship with our own bodies and with our world. I strive to help each client feel safe enough within their own body, and with me, in each session. I work consistently with somatic touch and I find I really love working with attachment wounds, complex PTSD, early developmental trauma and ritual abuse.
