Lindsay offers integrative coaching sessions in which she guides her clients in finding personalized solutions through somatic work, mindful listening, goal setting, and gentle accountability. She was drawn to SE because she found that coaching did not help those who could not reach their goals due to nervous system dysregulation and trauma. As a former ICU nurse, Lindsay is particularly interested in helping those in the medical and nursing fields and those with medical traumas. Lindsay is also a Whole30 Certified Coach and HeartMath Certified Provider. She conducts sessions over Zoom and at Rooted Integrative Wellness.
