Hi, I’m Emily – a feeling human here to help! My journey into somatic work has been deeply personal and rewarding. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and am currently a Beginning year student working to become a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP). I believe that healing happens in connection – with other humans, with our bodies, and with our ever-evolving sense of self. I am always working to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your inner world, build resilience, and find balance—all from the comfort of your own home.
