Hello! I’m a somatics practitioner living and working in Tucson, AZ / O’odham land. I support clients in accessing somatic awareness to cultivate a better sense of themselves and engage their somatic awareness to work with the impacts of trauma and complex trauma in their lives. I am committed to supporting clients in finding their own access to regulation and sense of feeling at home in themselves and their bodies. I am keenly aware of the impacts living in this modern, colonial, hetero-patriarchal world have on our bodies and psyche. I believe somatic work can be a tool for coming home to ourselves and our goodness, and can be a tool for liberation and change. I am committed to an orientation that is depathologizing. You are enough, and human, as you are.
